5-Year Repair or Replace Warranty

Levitation Labs has taken every effort to ensure that your UPLIFT® or UPLIFT®360 Weightless Bedmaking System is of superior quality and meets the highest standards for convenience, performance, and durability.

If for any reason your UPLIFT® or UPLIFT®360 is not working properly, Levitation Labs will provide you with full repair or replacement in accordance with the following warranty terms.


Warranty service for 5-years from date of purchase.

Warranty service free of charge (including free shipping).

Full repair or replacement of your UPLIFT® or UPLIFT®360.

 

What is Covered:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for your UPLIFT® or UPLIFT®360 for a full 5-year term of this warranty.

What is Not Covered:
This warranty excludes any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, excessive "wear and tear" or otherwise altering of the product.

How Long Does this Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts for five (5) years from the date of original purchase of your UPLIFT® or UPLIFT®360 Weightless Bedmaking Systems.

Who is Covered?
This limited warranty covers the owner of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.

What Levitation Labs will do:

Repair any defective UPLIFT® or UPLIFT®360 component.

Replace the item if it cannot be repaired for any reason.

What Levitation Labs Will Not Do under this Limited Warranty:
This limited warranty does not assume the risk of loss during shipment. This limited warranty cannot insure UPLIFT® or UPLIFT®360 during its shipment to Levitation Labs, so please be sure to insure your incoming warranty shipment.

No Other Express Warranty Applies:
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other individual is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Levitation Labs.

Limitation on Liability
Levitation Labs shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that may occur other than defects in materials or workmanship for your UPLIFT® or UPLIFT®360 Weightless Bedmaking System.

Please Note:
Do not attempt to return any products without first contacting Levitation Labs Customer Care for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and instructions or we may not be able to identify the return as yours.
