Refund policy

Levitation Labs has gone through every effort to ensure that your UPLIFT® Weightless Bedmaking System is of superior quality and meets the highest standards for convenience, performance, and durability to ensure your complete bed making satisfaction.

Returns Policy
Please do not return your item without first receiving a Return Authorization Code by contacting our Customer Service Team, otherwise your item may not reach our returns department and, as such, we would not be able to provide a refund or exchange on your lost item.

Replacement Policy
If for some reason your item is damaged or defective, contact our Customer Service Team to arrange to ship your item back to our Returns Department and send a replacement out to your right away.

Shipping Policy
Please do not return your item without first receiving a Return Authorization Code from our Customer Service Team, otherwise your item may not reach our returns department and, as such, we would not be able to provide a refund or exchange on your lost item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged UPLIFT® or UPLIFT®360 to reach you, may vary.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email shortly thereafter to confirm that your refund is in progress. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund as expected, first with your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on their end. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you still have not received your refund, simply email our Customer Service Team and we'll get to the bottom of it for you right away.
